A retail space on South Third Street in Harrisburg is being renovated to house a vintage clothing store. Harristown Enterprises has announced it’s renovating the first floor of its property at 11 S. Third St.

Harristown Enterprises plans to buy the historic Fox Hotel building at 236 S. Second St. from UPMC Pinnacle and renovate it for eight apartments.

A longtime Harrisburg law firm is moving into a larger office in Strawberry Square, a deal that helps pave the way for a bigger mixed-use makeover on Second Street.
